We stopped into the Marina the previous weekend just to look around and found Don who is always there and helped out immensely. He brought us down to the slip and showed us how to come through the bridge to get there. Upon arrival we were flagged down by the person helping us into the slip. We encountered bilge pump problems the following day and Chase(mechanic) was there within 2 hours to diagnosis the problem. He ordered the part and returned to install it. The Marina is GREAT...the people are GREAT and it is a 5 minute walk to town. More marinas could learn from Fort Rachel, we are planning our next visit already. 5 stars all day long.
The people will go the extra mile to help if you have a problem. I give the whole experience two thumbs up!!
Good place. Clean and spacious
Great walking area to view the Mystic Seaport.
Stayed there for one night in a 38-feet sailing yacht. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Facilities were clean and equipped. Short distance to the historic Mystic and yet away from the crowds.
