If this is the McDonald's at Loves Truck stop, they can get pretty busy but with their awasome customer service and quality and efficiency of their orders and the crew behind them, you can see why! Extremely great food though i wish they had Chicken strips! Besides that, i love ordering here, not only are you greeted with great customer service but also the food is awasome, great French fries to boot! Plus its attached to a truck stop, not only can you feed your rig or vehicle, but your self as well!

I was served by Whitney. She hands down has the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I've worked in food service for years and have never met an employee better than she was tonight. I don't know how much she makes, but it's not enough. She's an absolute angel and I'll definitely be returning to this location because of her.

Just poor service in general, 20 minutes for 2 mchickens and a coffee needless to say coffee was cold, burgers cold,, thanks for the iced coffee n chicken so now Dec 1 I figured I would try it again, what a joke this place, is there even a manager?nWaited and waited watched them put my food in a bag for them to realize they didn't have coffee?nI mean really you have close down dining inside, what the heck do you oeopy do I here that your worse than a Mexican restaurant run by illegals.

I'm glad they finally have their drive thru open on a regular basis. I can honestly say they have always gotten my orders correct.

The food quality and taste is getting worse every year.. Why ? 20 years ago it was really good. We Need that good taste back.. in Fergus Falls, MN. For sure !! To turn sum of these frowns up side down and around!!ud83eudd11
