Clean, Friendly. People are always masked up which is good with Covid spikes. They offer curbside pickup. Not sure about delivery service. I usually use their money gram services and it's always quick and professional. Groceries seem cheaper than they used to be. Maybe different supplier?

One of the customers asked me and my boyfriend why we didn't have on a mask. She was very rude to us and when I went to answer her question. Witch was that I have a right not to wear one for one and for another Hornbacher's don't offer them at the door. If they did I would have put one on. But the lady started to yell at us saying it's a state mandate to wear a mask. My boyfriend then yelled back at her. The employees of Hornbacher's just stood there and didn't do or say anything to this woman besides one employee. But she was also very rude and also yelled back. The employees of Hornbacher's should have stepped in right away and told the lady to keep her questions to her self. This is a free country. And to top it all off the woman wasn't even from the u.s.

Not the best prices or quality of prepared meals. Got Korean chicken that was already packaged and cooked as I am a Flight Attendant and last minute trip detour I had no food so went to the nearest grocery store that hotel shuttle could take me.nThe aisles were a bit cluttered and most of their prices on groceries, even on sale was higher than most grocery stores I have visited.nUsed the self checkout as the regular customer service checkouts had long lines.

Excellent customer service here. The clerk found the best way for me to send my items. Which happened to be a quick two day move; in time for a birthday.
