I really do like this place, and we order from here often.. However, there is one rude male worker there who isn't patient. Plus, my brother needed to cancel his order because Empire was taking too long and a male worker at Empire was very rude saying he is still having it delivered and my brother needs to pay for the pizza anyway. I am guessing it is the same rude guy who was rude to me as well on the phone.nnSomeone still showed up at my brother's work place and they already ordered some place else and my brother said, I told you I wasn't paying for that pizza and not to bother coming. lol (FIRST & LAST TIME HE ORDERED FROM HERE)nnAlso, some prices are ridiculous. Raising the price for a plain small pizza? I guess it depends who is working, because price goes up and down.nnAnd in my opinion, people are better off cooking their own fries, onion rings & pasta than wasting money for them at this place. Not worth the price you pay for them either.nn**EMPIRE I LOVE YOUR PIZZA, CALZONE, & GRINDERS THOUGH! :) THE WOMAN WORKER WHO PICKS UP PHONE IS SO SWEET! :) 4 STARS, BECAUSE OF HER!!! Def my fave pizza place that's not only, 2 mins from my home, but also within walking distance from my work at Fisher Florist. Many slices and subs have been bought on our lunch hours ud83dude0a. Love the New York style, consistent quality, and friendly service. Prices on point.nThey have always been willing to cook items well-donen(and ACTUALLY do it! ud83dude2eud83dude03)nas well as accepting add ons and our weird requests ud83dude1cnThanks Empire! Great food and service, clean too. My problem with this place is regarding the very rude guy who works here. Treat people the way you want to be treated, especially your customers! Another problem with this place is the prices seem to go up and back down too many times. Example: Calzone was always $13 and some change, but twice I was charged $3 more than that for pick-up!

We ordered for the shop today and got a call from a really nice guy saying the oven went down. This was really fummy to me as this was the second place that had to cancel our order. The guy on the phone was great we had a bit of a chuckle. We will order next week. Have a great day guys!
