Mystic Bodyworks

Mystic Bodyworks is true Body Therapy at it's best. I have practiced physical fitness all my life and was so surprised at how much I learned about my body during my personal training sessions. I highly recommend Mystic Bodyworks for personal training and holistic body therapy.

This really is training for the whole ageless body. Highly recommended. They know what they're doing!

I went to Rodolfo for massage therapy. I had been moving from college back home and was lifting a lot of heavy boxes. I must have been lifting wrong because I pulled a muscle in my upper shoulder that in turn caused my entire upper back and neck to seize up a day later.nnI was also was about to embark on a 4 hour road trip to upstate NY about 3 days after getting home. I knew I needed to get my neck fixed before I made that drive but I have a limited amount of time.nnI called Rodolfo and he scheduled me for the next day. His studio was small but clean and homey. He then gave me more than an hours worth of massage therapy (including hot rocks) and was very thorough with the knots in my back all the way up to my jaw bone and skull joints. I have gotten massages from maybe three other people at this point and I can tell the Rodolfo was very good at listening to what I had to say but also sensing what my body was saying.nnThe next day, I could feel that there might be some lactic acid build up in my shoulders but it was not the sheering pain of tight muscles. What a miracle! And to my surprise, this whole experience amounted to $90 which is an incredibly good price, especially for Mystic.nnI would highly recommend using Rodolfo for therapeutic massages (if you're looking for the full spa experience, Mystic Bodyworks isn't the place). However, BRING CASH OR A CHECK. He does not take credit. Rodolfo also has videos on youtube with different yoga sequences and suggested positions. My mother watched them too and loved them!
