Finally a Women-Centered Gym that has created a safe environment for women to workout away from the male-gaze. Crowned Fit is a warm, welcoming and supportive community where all ages and body-types come together to push each other physically and emotionally.nnI love that CF is all class based! I never have to think about my workout, because the trainers do that for me. Shannon and her Team of Trainers are amazing. We sweat together and laugh together.nnCF has also been good to me as a Queer, non-binary person.nnI'd recommend Crowned Fit to any female identified or non-binary person looking for a small, safe and supportive community to workout in!

Crowned fit is more than a fitness studio, its a community of strong woman coming day in and day uplifting and encouraging each other to not only be fit physically but be strong mentally. Shannon and her team are extremely talented trainers that will push you to your limits and help you achieve your goals.
