Horrible. Rude staff. No compassion for the current pandemic for people who want to cancel memberships. Not our faults a pandemic happened after we signed up but apparently their money is more important than my health or anyone’s health for that matter. I have been a member for many years and because I upgraded last November I got stuck in a contract during a pandemic that I have to pay to cancel. It’s a scam and the manager just keeps saying they’re accommodating by freezing the memberships and being honestly quite rude. Especially to a customer of 10 years on and off throughout the state!
Everything is in good working condition, friendly staff. I feel cleanliness is not the best but it's not filthy and I don't like how almost the whole building is windows and you are on display.
New equipment and friendly staff , tanning beds are Clean and surprisingly powerful, worth the membership in tanning alone ! truly a #“Judgement free zone” ud83dude00
Good place to meet up with friends and work out
Place would be better if they served drinks but management keeps ignoring that suggestion. Still giving it 5 stars cuz security is pretty lax so sneaking booze in isn't hard
