Came to town for work for a couple months and needed a place to train. From the moment walked in I was welcomed with open arms! The owners, facility, coaches, and members are all amazing athletes and great people. I would recommend this gym to anyone of any fitness level looking to get in better shape and become part of the best fitness community around.
Great place & a great gym! I am a MOVE member and absolutely love it. The workouts are challenging, quick and always different. It's a perfect workout before work. The coaches are kind and caring individuals who always make you feel welcomed! The coaches take time to explain everything and help modify if needed. They are always encouraging you during the workout which I LOVE!
I joined the INGUZ Nation a few years back. Not a better gym around. Great Coaches and atmosphere. Worth a drop in if you are looking for a gym that will help you be a better version of yourself!
Love my gym and coach Renee! I’ve been going to CrossFit for almost a year now. I thought I would never join a gym like this but it has been a perfect fit and I can’t believe I didn’t join sooner. I have gained a new confidence in working out and being happy with myself and what I am capable of doing. Love this Place! The coaches are knowledgeable, fun and supportive. I have been going for almost a year and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! It is literally the best hour of my day. Great gym, excellent community!
