If you like to hear your neighbors conversation and be charged for a small space with limited space; then this is the place for you.nMy husband and I lived here for over a year and a half. Our rent was raised $100 per month after the first year of our lease.nWe were told that if we signed our lease early it would be $50 cheaper a month, but because we weren’t staying a full year we were charged $100 more.nWhat?!!!nExactly!!!nThe landlord did not care about the military lifestyle.nThis is a family owned building and they don’t care about their tenants- they simply just care about the money that’s coming to them!nThey own a gym downstairs where you can hear everything during all hours, of the day and night.nI understand that owning and renting apartments is business, but they are very poor landlords.nI reached out several times regarding end of lease/ moving out/ what I had to do to get my security deposit.nI was told that we would ONLY need fill my holes in the wall, if we hung any frames, TV etc.nThere was the normal wear and tear in the apartment such as nail holes in the walls and little scrapes on the floor.nI spent an entire day cleaning the apartment and left it absolutely spotless.nI did a walk-through with one of the landlords, who is also considered maintenance.nHe told me that I left him too much work because I did not sand the plaster the walls.nI was never told to sand and plaster the walls, only covering the holes.nI was given inaccurate information, and mislead until the very moment I was ready to move out and terminate my/ our lease.nThe overall behavior and professionalism has been completely unacceptable. In order to be a successful business owner there needs to be a very high level of communication and important documentation and rules and regulations should be put in writing!nThey have deducted $150 from our security deposit for the sanding and plastering/ painting in what used to be our leased apartment.nDO NOT LIVE HERE IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!nYou can find a bigger place for the same amount of money, great maintenance and many other perks!

Awesome instructors who are able to get the kids super animated and excited about learning without losing their focus or respect. The kids have so much fun I'm half tempted to sneak on the mat with them! Reasonably priced and they get so much out of it. The studio adjusted so well with virtual learning during the shutdown, and have made great efforts to ensure a safe reopening.

The instructors are awesome. They really help the kids learn everything they need to know. My granddaughter absolutely loves attending the classes and learning new things. The classes also teach kids respect. She enjoys making new friends . Terrific job to all the instructors.!!!@

My family has been involved with Gabriele's Martial Arts for 20 years, and there have been times when were unable to make our full payment on time. The Gabriele's family was more than generous and did their very best to accommodate our needs, even if funds were not available in our account. Yes; they are a business and the business of business is to make money; if a contract is broken, there are consequences but that's true of any business. However, this is not their motto. This is a generous, caring organization that wants to make people better - physically and emotionally. The level of commitment from their instructors and staff if beyond reproach. Our family's experience has only been incredible. If you have the willingness to learn and grow, regardless of age or physical ability, this is the place for you.

Been here since I was 7 years old and they have been amazing to myself and my family. Great environment, atmosphere is great and everyone enjoys it! Thank you Gabriele family for kickin it hard and for helping others
