I've been a customer of D.B. Electric for a few years now. They've done 4 jobs at my house, including wiring a bathroom renovation, a pool wiring job, a laundry room, and a woodworking shop wire-up, in a garage.nnTom and Jason have done all the work at my house, and they're top notch professionals. Mike has always been a huge help whenever I had a question or needed advice.nnThese folks truly care about doing a quality job, and it shows in their workmanship. These guys, Tim and Jason, were Great! And, Maureen, the Office Manager, was very professional, although, I did feel a bit detached since all of our conversations were by email, not phone. I did request and did meet one of the electrician before the job was done, to find out what we needed to do to prepare for this job. I felt much better doing so, since I had never done business with them. Our son had had work done by them recently and was quite pleased. Glad it all worked out well, and job was done, they cleaned up, and were on their way in 90 minutes! Would recommend them.
These guys were absolutely terrible in every way possible . Didn't respond to phone calls didn't arrive on time and one day didn't arrive at all without a phone call. Never answered any phone calls only responded by email. Let's not even talk about how poor the work they did was.
Great service and friendly. I had water damage to some breakers. He checked over everything with a device to make sure everything was safe. Very professional. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work you need. I will definitely call them if I have any future work that needs to be done. I'm very happy with your service and workmanship.
DB Electric and I go back to late 2003. They have served every major and minor electrical concern -- from hanging ceiling fans, rewiring lights/switches, bringing in 200 amp service, making my house safe after a major CL&P transformer failure and installing a whole house generator after hurricane Irene. They have never failed to be responsive and fully competent to every task. After this long history of confidence and respect, I consider them friends who just happen to provide the best electrical service anyone could hope to expect.
