I’ve been getting my medicine for over a year here and it’s always been a positive interaction. I’ve dealt with almost all of their employees and everyone is friendly and helpful.
The pharmacists are so rude. Whenever I call in regards to prescriptions they give me attitude as if i'm supposed to know the information.
The female pharmacist is extremely unprofessional on the phone, she is rude, short and makes it aware she is being inconvenienced. I as a med tech in a doctor’s office call pharmacies all day long, and I deal with pharmacies and pharmacist all over and never have I ever had such a horrible rude encounter. As apart of the relationship between pharmacist and provider it’s your job to help us find what’s covered and what is not by patients insurance, not act inconvenienced by our questions and us asking to speak to you directly to give you our patients prescriptions!
CVS on Bank St. New London, CT. is the worst CVS experience I have ever had. The female staff are rude and discourteous, bordering on disrespectful. Their customer service is completely lacking and I will be moving all of my medication needs out of CVS Pharmacy completely. They treat customers as if they are drug seeking and behave as if they are certified to make decisions as if they themselves are doctor's, very unpleasant and unprofessional.ud83dude24ud83dude21
The staff here are SO courteous and, seem to have a genuine interest in your well-being. They seem to be able to answer most any question, whether it be about prescriptions, otc meds or, drug interaction.
