I really don’t appreciate how I was spoken to today. I went to use the restroom at this store, and walked out and an employee asked me how I got back there. The door was open and I saw the restroom. She responded to me in a condescending way, “I guess you didn’t see the employees only sign on the door.” Is that really necessary because I’m sure it didn’t affect her life in any way. I also shop at CVS pretty frequently, and considering how overpriced it is, maybe y’all should appreciate the business.

I think its horrible when you special order a medication you need. They tell you no problem it will be in tomorrow. You get a call its in and you drive to pick it up only to be told they have no clue what the order is or know anything about your product. This has happened to me 3 times. The pharmacist was right there both times.nI can’t believe how bad this pharmacy is. I will go elsewhere. Since they don’t care at all about heath needs of customers. Absolutely the worst pharmacy dept I’ve ever had to deal with. Corporate will definitely be contacted as well. Not that it will matter, but I will be heard.

Sherry the pharmacist was the most helpful and accommodating person my family has encountered. We needed DTAP shots to see a new baby in our family, and she came outside and administered the shots to us in our car, since we had not been inside a store since March. Thank you Sherry for taking care of us on Mother’s Day. You are appreciated!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They're rude, unprofessional, and never have your prescription in stock and if they do it's never ready for you when they confirm it has already been filled. Dont go here.

The manager April was very rude and hung up on me on the phone when I was very polite to her asking her a question. She also was extremely rude in the store and yelled at my father and my cousin and I to stay away from each other when we came in together anyway. She also was yelling at the other workers to not help me to print out a picture of my grandfather who passed recently. It was uncalled for and was not a pleasant experience. She should not be acting that way and it was very unprofessional. I am a local and am not happy with how she acted and I am only 16. Not only is she rude to adults but other children in the store.
