Mike's Harley-Davidson in New London is the great place to do business with. I have purchase to bike from Mike's, have had service done on my bike and visited their parts department to purchase extras for my bike. Always a pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. I do miss being able to stop in and have a cup of coffee. Just one of the casualties of this Coronavirus. Another thing that I do appreciate is how clean the bathroom is at Mike's. Definitely a five-star dealership.

My dad bought his 2004 Fatboy Softail from Mike's when he was located in New Castle, DE and the experience then was nothing short of amazing. Now, 16 years later when I was ready to get my bike, there was only one place to go...Mike's Famous, now located in New London, CT! The full experience is like no other. You won't be dissapointed. And seeing Mike after so many years brought back such great memories for him and my family. Shirl, who is super awesome, sold me my 2020 Iron 883 and I couldn't be more satisfied. Shenmade sure to explain everything throughout the whole process and was more than willing to answer any questions I may have had. Also, a big shout out to Austin, Jeff, Julie, Vicki and the entire MFHD fam!nIf you are looking for a new ride, Mike's Famous Harley-Davidson is where you need to go!

I have experience Mike's Famous staff from the riding academy to purchasing my first bike. As a beginner rider they have taught and coached me through the whole process. I could not ask for better service, and I would recommend them to anyone that is interested in rider, from beginner to expert.

My husband and I just purchased a motorcycle from Mike's Famous Harley-Davidson this week. The employees were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful in all aspects of the purchase. I would 100% recommend them to friends and family looking to purchase a Harley. The customer service from all departments was wonderful and the bike is absolutely beautiful (and my husband is extremely happy)!
