Peaceful views of the Mystic river while enjoying a yoga flow! A great way to unwind. Also great instructors, especially Erin!!

This is in fact one of the coolest studios I have ever taken a class in (full disclosure I am a biased reviewer, but stick with me here). From the over-all vibe of the classes - which incorporate a heated (depending on the class) flow-based yoga with great music - to the fully stocked juice bar run by High Tide Juice and lounge area when you walk in, the overall atmosphere puts you in a great state of mind. Doesn't hurt that they also happen to be right on the water as well. Whether you're a traditional yogi or someone who's looking for a great workout, there's a class you'll be into.

Great location and fantastic amenities. By far the best yoga in Mystic and very fun owners. Friday’s are a great day for their Pose & Pour class but don’t miss Mon-Thur!

The Kula Project is a much-needed addition to Mystic, and not just when it comes to yoga. The space itself is beautiful, with two separate yoga studios, a kids area, a juice bar and a lounge. The instructors are kind, knowledgeable and available to answer questions and make adjustments, plus it looks like there will be a variety of yoga classes to choose from. The nitro coffee at the juice bar is seriously addictive (do yourself a favor and get some post class). By far the most impressive thing is how welcoming the entire staff here is. Newbies, those with an advanced practice or people just looking for a fresh-squeezed juice are all welcome here.

I love this studio. I just tried it this past Friday for their Pose and Pour class (wine tasting post yoga? amazing idea) As someone who's tried every fitness studio in a 20 mile radius, this is one of the trendiest and most fun yoga studios I've been to. While the class I took wasn't traditional yoga, there was some pilates/leg work worked in. it was still an AMAZING class and I'm so excited to come back. Plus the location is beautiful and there is a juice/smoothie/acai bowl bar in the lobby.
