I have not received my items yet but the associate Heather & Monica are both polite, helpful and considerate. I have called several times and each time I was greeted professionally and with care. They did not have the item I needed (no medical supply company in the area had it) they ordered the pelvis belt I needed specifically for me and I am waiting for it to come. They could have just told me “No” like the other Supply Companies but they went above and beyond for me. Thank you !

Staff ( just Monica ) was extremely rude for something that was out of my control with how another pharmacy had refused to fill my prescription , then weeks later they did fill it but after I already came to lewis and clark, nothing but an attitude when they asked me to return it, refused to hear what the mix up was , short answers saying mmhmm and yup... very very nasty to me , very uncomfortable. I will never go here ever again and i will never refer them to anyone either . Customer service should be the main priority and I did not receive that from these people. I was nothing but respectful and explained what exactly happened again that was out of my control completely just to recieve the worst attitude from this woman . I lost all respect for this supply store .

Unhelpful,bad attitude, unwelcoming vibe. Staff tried to put words in my mouth that I didn’t say. Was very dismissive. I told them I wouldnGo elsewhere and left. I’m not an a person who feels “entitled” I was simply asking about a product and letting the staff know what my doctors office had told me about what their store said when they called regarding the item I needed. You were extremely rude. I wasn’t asking for a “diagnosis” I was asking for a recommendation about product. It’s sad that you are in customer service.
