The Associate on Duty was extremely friendly, kind, & courteous. I asked for a light bulb, for my car (separate low beam/high beam headlights). He looked up my car, saw there were multiple options, walked out to my car, with me, to verify we had the correct bulb, for my low beam. As a Disabled Navy Vetersn, I GREATLY appreciated his attention to detail, & his willingness to do whatever it took, to ensure he got me the correct parts! Thank you, Advance...I WILL be back!
On multiple occasions have gone out of their way to ensure I got what I needed. They also helped me put together a custom intake. When I say put together, I mean select parts and physically put together. These guys are awesome
My wifes car battery is about 5 yrs old and heavily corroded. We were certain she needed a new battery. Out of the many car part chain stores that sell car batteries we chose Advanced Auto Parts because they sell the SEARS DIEHARD GOLD brand which is what I have in my truck. Our sales person was ANTHONY and he was friendly, professional, and said before buying the DieHard let our auto tech ROBERT check your battery to make sure it really needs a replacement. Robert also friendly and professional did the diagnostics and said the battery was Good and didn't need replacing at this time. TALK ABOUT HONESTY?? Wow, these guys are great and SMART because my wife and I are new fans and we will definitely give them first shot when we need any auto parts !!
Pretty decently stocked, has most of the basic necessities, only once have i ever had to go to the New London locations because they didn't have something in stock
