After using them for prior repairs,on my other vehicle, I took my Jeep in with a check engine light on. The code P0137,P0138, indicated an o2 sensor issue. They replaced ALL 4 of them, when after doing some online research of the codes,It was only ONE it pertained to. Picked up the vehicle on a Fri. the check engine light came on again, and same code. Was going to take it back on Mon. so I decided on Sat. to take a look myself. After 5min, from crawling my 66yr old body under the jeep, I see a severed wire, a quarter inch away from the plug where they had to plug the new sensor into. REALLY? $600 for 4 sensors I didn't need, and had to repair myself! What confidence I had with them is now GONE!!

The final price was a little more than originally quoted, however, it was needed. The car runs perfect and anyone who isn't willing to pay for the extra mile needed to make sure your car is safe, shouldn't be owning a car. Paul's service center is professional and explains everything going on with your car and returns a finished product in great condition. I won't take my car to nobody else.

Talk about a scam. Entering the place no one looked like they were working, what so ever. Kept the car for 3 days, and completely price gouged me. I had to go to an entirely different shop just to get the original job done, and it was 700$ dollars less, my car is already working better after going to a competitor, who took 20 minutes to get the job done, just putting in a 12$ dollar which this place charged me 40$ dollars for alone!

I had major repairs to exhaust system done here and the check engine light came back on with the same code (P0171 system too lean). They replaced the oxygen sensors, which was expensive, and the light came back on a second time. I finally went to a different place and they found a tear in a rubber hose, which was a cheap and easy fix. So Pauls sold me oxygen sensors I never needed and missed an easy repair.

They are kind & courteous but most important, they take the time to explain things to you.
