I had an excellent experience working with Nick at Bob Valenti Auto Mall in Mystic, CT. He was kind, fun, patient and knowledgeable. He brought two different cars to my house for me to test drive. Negotiations were fair and extremely low pressure. Also, thank you to John Divine, the sales manager and Dan in the business office. Great bunch of guys.
Nick in sales and John Divine in management, were so helpful, kind, patient and accommodating, answering all my questions, concerns and inquiries. By far the best experience I have ever had purchasing an automobile. No pressure and far negotiations for trade in and price. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new or used automobile.
Service is impeccable and staff is always great we have bought 3 cars from them and I wouldn't imagine going anywhere else.
Bought a used Lexus runs great ,but the problem i had with them was the vehicle had locking lug nuts , and they sold it to me with no key to get them off, contacted them & they said brung it back we did they couldn't get them off. So they said take it to a Lexus dealer to get a key for it.and we did but it cost us money & inconvenience. Thankfully we didn't get a flat somewhere in the middle of the night.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Valenti VW last weekend. I originally went in for a used 2017 VW Alltrack I found on their website, but ended up buying the new 2019 Alltrack they had instead. Nick made the entire experience so pleasant and painless. He was incredibly personable, professional, attentive and he really knows the ins and outs of the Alltrack. He has also been very helpful finding some accessories I wanted for the car too. I traded in my 2013 GTI and I felt they were completely honest and fair with my trade in, and I was totally satisfied with the deal. I can’t recommend Nick and Valenti VW more.
