Just had some work completed at their collision center. Marcus was a great help and went out of his way to make sure the work was perfect. Not many places give you such a high level of customer service. I would recommend Marcus and his team to anyone! 5 stars

Nice people, did virtually nothing to help me though. Rep said she would email me the report from diagnostic work , never did. Nice people 5 stars, followup -4 stars. Net 1 star.

This was a wonderful experience. After an accident you don't need an hassels. Marcus in the collision center was fast and friendly with a thurough estimate. The work was first rate and fast. My Dodge Caravan was also detailed. Hasn't been that clean since I bought it. An added plus is Brustolon guarantees their workmanship for the life of the car.

I bought a 2016 GMC Canyon from them Chris was the sales rep everyone was great until they got the money. They charge me to title and register it I live in Massachusetts It took them two weeks to do this and if you count the week they had well the paperwork for the vehicle is being done three weeks. With the communication I had with them they said they were sending a runner to do that and I still had away a week and a half after they said they were doing that I had to call multiple time do you even find out what and if they were even still doing this. Had to pay out of my own pocket to get the sticker for the vehicle which I didn’t mind but that was included in the sale price. They kept a $500 deposit which I didn’t take off the sale price as hot just for two weeks until I complained about it. It’s been over four months with no communication and I’m still waiting on the spare key and a lug nut key.I called today and Chris said all he has Had the parts the whole time I never Got a phone call or email. This Hass to be my worst experience with buying a car and it is still ongoing the lack of communication Is the real issue and then until I put up a stink I really don’t get any response at all this should not be on how Communication Has to be. And Chris seem to always say yes yes yes and lies after lies saying he’s already done something when it hasn’t been done and so forth. I really wish I went anywhere else I wouldn’t wish the one process I’ve been through on anyone And what I am still dealing with to date. When I speak to anyone else there they blame it on COVID-19
