Rich and Bethany are the best at what they do. Very honest, fair, dependable and reasonable. They deserve 6 stars.

I don't normally write reviews, but I had to make sure I wrote one for Rich's. If I could give more than 5 Stars I absolutely would. The best service I have received in I don't know how long! Absolutely fair on prices and I can't imagine finding a better deal! I will most certainly be going back for any other service I need! AMAZING!

Very knowledgeable people. Were able to quickly fix my brake issue for a decent price with quality work. I'll definitely be coming back here for future work on my vehicle. Very convenient too if you work in the Groton shipyard as it's not a very far walk.

Rich's Svc Ctr is the best around. Anything less than a five star rating is just dead wrong.
