I can’t recommend Aerial Arts Fitness enough! All of the instructors are absolutely wonderful, and there are a great variety of classes to choose from. The class atmosphere is so welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental, and we all love to see each other reach our goals! Try it out and you’ll love it!

I've been going to aerial arts fitness for 2 years now mainly taking pole classes. I love this place! Since my first class I have been hooked. It's such fun and challenging workout. My upper body and core strength has improved so much since I started taking classes here.nAll the instructors are absolutely amazing. Super supportive, motivating, and welcoming. Fun and nonjudgmental atmosphere. If you have ever thought about trying out a pole, Lyra, silks, lollipop, hammock, class, take the leap and sign up for a class! You will not be disappointed!!

AAF is a really open and welcoming environment. Not everyone is at the same level and all the of instructors are patient with where ever you are and always have advice for improvement and new moves to try. I have a difficult time committing moves to muscle memory, so I have to be retaught how to do some stuff every time, but the instructors have been very patient and have found different ways to explain the same move so that I can learn. The studio offers pole, Lyra, and silk classes along with dance classes that aim to improve flexibility and establish confidence in your body. I’d highly recommend this studio.

Home away from home! Classes are available to all levels & EVERYONE should try this at least once. The instructors are phenomenal, each with their own vibe, but all great teachers. Pole dance, silks, lyra, hammock, lollipop, they have it all! Can’t recommend this place enough!
