Very disappointed, apparently items for same day pick up are priced higher than the same item on the shelfnThey sent me a guest review and I stated my dismay. But they did not respond. To add to my disgust, after purchasing my cheapernsame item off the shelf, they charged me for the higher priced same day pick up after I cancelled it. I was such a loyal and happy target guest, but I am hanging up my red card and shopping at Wal-Mart

Staffing seems to be a issue. They only have 2 registers open, they’re over 20 people in line. Meanwhile you have a bunch of employees stocking already full shelves. It was a reminder to why I never come here.

Do NOT come to this target if you are a minority! As an avid target lover, I was excited to come to this location. Unfortunately, I have never ever experienced the level of disrespect and discrimination as I have experienced tonight. I am a collector of NECA merchandise and I was extremely surprised that this location had so much merchandise available. There was a sign that clearly stated “1 teenage mutant ninja turtle item per customer”. As a law abiding citizen, I grabbed one ninja turtle item. I did, however attempt to purchase 2 Godzillas. Upon checkout, a woman by the name of Janice (Janine/Janet/or something like that) stated I could not purchase more than one Godzilla. I informed this employee the sign stated one ninja turtle per customer. She then proceeded to state that it was for all collectibles. I then politely asked my friend to purchase the second item for me. She then began to shout and yell that we were all together and my friend couldn’t purchase the item for me. She was extremely condescending in her approach. White privilege at its finest . There was no sign. No warning. Nothing that stated this. This employee became extremely hostile and even went as far as asking me to leave the store. I am shocked and honestly highly offended at the fact that target would allow anyone to treat a PAYING CUSTOMER like this. Target, please check your employees. I would be highly disappointed to think that this person is a reflection of the store I love so much, and where I am a frequent customer. Should I just shop at Walmart instead? Terrible.
