Upon doing a pre-trip inspection of our 43’ 5th-wheel RV, my husband discovered that the huge schedule A bolt holding a leaf spring had broken which meant we couldn’t leave on our return trip to Florida until it was repaired. Patrick at CDLS Mobile Truck Repair said he would send a crew out early the next morning to do a temporary fix so we could drive to the repair facility for the fix. That is exactly what transpired and we were on the road at 10:30 am. We thought we’d have to wait weeks for parts & the repair. Everyone was polite, professional and efficient! We were charged a very fair price for all they did to rectify the issue. The company turned a major issue into a tiny blip on life’s bumpy road of unexpected problems. We HEARTILY RECOMMEND this company!
Worst experience ever attempting to get a vehicle towed. Called AAA, driver was very late. Needed to verify that we could take vehicle off our mechanics property even though we had receipt of payment. Fine, but he drove all over the parking lot for 10 minutes trying to get service on his phone to confirm with mechanic even though we offered our phones for him to use. He was rude the entire time. Then needed up saying he was going to “drive up the hill” to try to get service and never came back. After 10 minutes we tried to go up the hill to find him - drove two miles with no sign of him. Rudest tow driver I have ever encountered along with two+ hours of wasted time and still did not end up being able to get the vehicle towed.
We can’t thank them enough! In the area for storm relief and our Chevy Silverado diesel got hit with low engine power. CDLS diagnosed and got us going in less than an hour and the price was super reasonable. We’ve been taken to the cleaners by other shops for less, you know how you can be at their mercy, but here they didn’t take advantage.nnBoCha Electric is wishing you every success, CDLS! Car got towed because someone crashed and totaled the car while it was parked in a public area. Im being charged the tow from 2 towns over and I did not ask to get towed. The lady has terrible manners on the phone. She is loud and hard of hearing, so scream for her to hear you and move the phone away to not loose your hearing.
