Michelle was able to take me with no wait and no appointment! I had to look my best for a very important weekend. She does an excellent beard trim and is so funny and nice. I will make the trip for her!
Stopped in here as a walk in. The lady working, said it wouldn't be long. However, the whole time she was talking to her friend who was not getting a cut.. and her customer in the chair was very apparently getting agitated. I can't help but notice this woman must not know what good customer service is and not to mention the overall experience in a Barber shop should be. I can't tell you what a hair cut from her looks like.. finished product that is. Because I waited for almost 2 hours and finally decided this woman doesn't deserve my business. Luckily I didn't have to go far to find another barber..I would highly recommend not wasting your valuable time in this unprofessional setting.
