This is our first time in gymnastics. My 3yo loves coming to class and follows the coaches well. They do their diligence with covid rules and take temps at the door and have them wear masks when walking thru the floor but masks off during training. All equipment is sprayed and sanitized after each use. It's been a great experience so far.
Great for teaching gymnastics. Teachers are very patient with young people
Absolutely unprofessional business no one ever picks up the phone! You pay 95$ a month for kids to teach your toddlers. I delivered twins this past Fall, called and left a message to let the owner know my 5 YO would be taking a break from lessons for December and January. That she would start again in February. I never heard back from the business and they never billed me in December so MY MISTAKE I assumed my call was enough to suffice my request. Instead I was billed JANUARY 13th for December, when we hadn’t been to the gym since mid November. When I emailed the owner she VERY snidely told me she needed written notice a week prior to her withdrawal and that she wasn’t going to refund me. I will never go back or recommend this gym
At Thames Valley, you are not just a team... You are a family!
I love being a part of the Thames Valley Team. The coaches, gymnasts and parents have become family. They offer recreational classes, mens team, womens junior olympic team and womens Xcel team. Birthday parties and summer camp are other fun, organized events also offered here. It's a VERY clean, well taken care of facility. I hope our family gets to spend many more years competing for TVAG.
