Was waiting in line for a coffee with my friend and there was a lady that came in after us and the guy making the coffees totally skipped us and took care of her. I think it was very rude and disrespectful and I called to make a report and they hung up the phone in my face. Very poor customer service and picking others before you that’s already been standing there for 10 minutes
Our favorite Cumby's though it's the smallest! Thank you Lisa and crew for treating my wife and daughter so well! We love visiting!
Employees have always been really polite, store is always clean, and the coffee is always REALLY good.
Just the lady in the morning always so rude. She makes it very unpleasant most mornings...
