Community driven??? Right...I have banked here for 5 years and by far this month has been the worst of all! I'm done with these theives! I guess they weren't making enough money off of me because this month they decided to take extra long posting my debits and credits to my account so I would overdraft. 2 PayPal transactions, that normally would post to my account the same day or in 1 day, took 3 days!! I thought they went through....like usual.... so, I trusted my mobile app balance... Like usual.... After 5 years, you learn how to stay on top. Right!? They swapped the charges as they came in that last day too, putting the largest one first so it over-drafted me! Then charged me 100.00 for all the small ones that came after that. 99 cents?! Really?! The topping on the cake is when I called my insurance agency to reverse a double payment (made after they sent my auto insurance money backud83dudc4d). Auto ins. told me the maximum to post to my bank account is 3 days. This is true because I went back and looked at all of my payments to them over the last year. 1 day to three days on all. One or two took 3 days but this reversal took FIVE DAYS!!!!?T They were waiting to post it until my insurance payment came back through with PayPal then charged me more overdraft fees!!?! ...And again... ran the most expensive charge first so another 68.00 taken from my account in fees. When I tried to tell them the situation was wierd and I do the same thing every month, they were very unfeeling and refused to help me further. I even asked them about putting the most expensive one through first but they insist that is chance. Sure.... I had to get an advance from my paycheck at 6am to cover what my bank STOLE from me. I was hoping I could talk them out of the charges if I had money in first thing. Nope. I know what they did is illegal, but how do I prove it???!!! All I have is a year worth of payments and credits to prove that this month took longer than any other month of credits and debits. And of course the convenience in those big payments hitting when they did. Be careful!!!! They are crooks!!! I'm switching banks as soon as I have enough money to open an account. For now, I've zeroed out my other accounts so they can't steal anymore. If they don't want their customers to bank without errors then why do they provide mobile banking?? I'm so angry and feeling helpless right now. 200$ just gone.... I've got 2 kids at home and drive for a living with only 25$ to my name for the next week. Worst banking experience ever!!! Im usually pretty easy going but I know when I'm being taken for a ride. Never again. Not by them anyways.
