Used them when I moved here May 2017 moved out of storage unit in Aug 2019 from 10 x 20 unit. My ONLY complaint is in 27 months my rent increased 3 times. Very nice management that run office. Great security. Clean units-never had bugs or rodents. Would use them again, but short term.

Bit overpriced but staff Is nice

You will have to spray your unit every couple months. Where my unit was spiders were everywhere. They just kept coming back.

Rented unit in 2017 for move within Valley. Second rental Feb 2019 until today for daughter moving out-of-State .. Clean floors and clean driveway upon each of many visits. EASY access and very agreeable rental fees / billing always as agreed upon. No problems what-so-ever. NONE. Easy pay online, no fuss, no mess. I am a very satisfied customer. I continue to recommend talking with manager Dennis Singer (forever there, it seems) and his wife. These folks operate an excellent storage operation. Temperature controlled - Exceptionally clean units - easy access within the units, also from the Street to the units. Located off Stephanie Street (Henderson and 215), across from Nevada DMV on American Pacific adjacent to mini-WalMart. Security, no messing around … code to get in, code to exit.
