Ken and his crew came out to our house and did some electrical work, outstanding job, very fair price. They cleaned up after themselves, emailed me to follow up to make sure everything was in order, and then came back out to the house when we recognized there may be a problem. Second trip back Ken himself diagnosed the problem, spent four hours working and researching the remedy, and fixed it at no charge. Ken and three of his staff guys all were out at different times, all very courteous and professional and all a pleasure to work with. Will have them back for future projects.

During a recent tropical storm Isaias Ken the owner came out to help us with our home generator. Not many companies would stand behind their work like that and be so responsive. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

Very disappointed. I was caring for two elderly people and needed a different connection for my new generator as backup for outages. I also had them give me a quote for two other projects as long as they were coming out for the connector. Once I received the quote through the mail, I returned it for confirmation with my signature. However, never heard back from them – even left voice messages.nIt has now been months and this goes back well before (months) the COVID-19 shutdown. I did have work done from them in the past and was satisfied. However, it appears they have grown too much unless you have a large job for them.

I’ve heard about the quality of work Sked does so I called them last fall to help do a fairly extensive lighting project and updates in our kitchen. Great communication from the office and from K.C. also. We went from 2 dim offset lights in our kitchen to a kitchen flooded with overhead LED lighting and a couple pendant lights. The difference is dramatic and the compliments we’ve had on the work has been great. Brian and Jesse did the installs and were real pros, and paid so much attention to detail I appreciated it. It was a messy job and they spent a lot of time cleaning up the site. They did not rush any aspect of the job. I save all my invoices and the prices Sked charges are less than what I’ve paid in the past for subpar work. There is a reason why they get top reviews. They're busy at times but they’re worth the wait. There’s no need to play the frustrating quote game. Just call them and you’ll be guaranteed great work at a great price. It’s nice that there are still services out there with this level of customer service and quality.
