Lost a good customer. My elderly mother who lives in the senior home just down the street from this CVS faithfully has walked to this store to shop for the last several years. She has a CVS card and received a 20% off coupon in the mail. The clerk would not give her the discount because Mom doesn't carry ID with her or a purse for that matter. The clerk would not honor the 20% off card even though it had Mom's name and address on it. Everyone knows Mom at this store. Mom left her purchases on the counter and left. She will not be back. Mom was very upset and couldn't understand what happened. I will be sure to let others know of this poor treatment.

I walked in Niantic CVC today to get a flu shot and was surprised to see leaves and dirt all over the store; from the front entrance debris was tracked in all the way to the back to the front of the pharmacy. My first thought was they got some huge delivery in and workers brought dirt and leaves in on their shoes. I asked the pharmacist what is going on - she told me that wind probably blew leaves in. She did not seemed concerned about trash ( now I am noticing not only leaves and dirt but plastic, dust and paper particles all over the carpet. When I looked at the unscrubbed counter with stains right in front ofctge pharmacist, I decided to leave and go look for another location for my flu-shot... It is sad to see no one takes care of hygiene at this location.

All these bad bad bad reviews are the were in the past when all old staff were at this CVS the are new staff and managers. I would like to tell you now in 2019 this is the best CVS in the country and it has the nicest staff. The manager Amy has trained all the Niantic CVS crew very VERY well. I have been to several CVS's around Connecticut and I would like to personally award this CVS at 58 Pennsylvania Ave, Niantic CT the best CVS

Standing in front of the pharmacy at 910, they say they open at nine? Gates are still closed. Must be millenials working at this one.

This is a great pharmacy! The people are super friendly and helpful and when you call them and they tell you that someone will call you back, they actually do. And usually in less time they tell you.nnAfter 40+ years in retail I can tell you that these people care!
