Mishalé Bridal (pronounced Meeshulay)

I took my dress here nine days before my wedding to have it hemmed, bustled and taken in a half inch on each side near the bust. I went back for the fitting after alterations- I was not happy with the alternations specially how it was taken in at the bust, it looked worse!! After the seamstress told me it could be the shape of my body being not a symmetrical. She said she would try to fix what she had done. She had taken the side in and bundled beading into the netting of the dress which caused the netting to rip. When I returned the day before my wedding I tried the dress on quickly, still disappointed I let with the dress as I didn’t want them to do any further work on my dress. The night of my wedding the button that the seamstress reinforced popped off within five minutes of being bustled. A complete nightmare. I texted the shop owner a few days later also sending pictures of the damage. I brought the dress back in, shop owner and seamstress did offer to “repair” my dress, feeling very uncomfortably leaving my dress there I asked for them to pay another seamstress to repair the damage- she declined stating she didn’t know how much someone else would charge. Funny thing is I had to leave a cash deposit to even start alternations initially, which I had no problem doing. Then When I returned for my first fitting and was visibly unhappy the shop owner had the audacity to ask me to pay for the remainder of the alterations before leaving. I turned around and told her no I would not pay until I pick the dress up ( which I paid the full balance in cash when I pick the dress up despite the fact I was still highly disappointed )Poor business practice I shop local I support small businesses but don’t waste your time with this one.

I had the most wonderful experience with Mishelle! She was super flexible and accommodating with everything thrown her way - discontinued dress, me being out of state, and COVID. She was very genuine, caring, trustworthy, and went above and beyond to make everything go seamless. I've super thankful for Mishale Bridal!

Great shop! Took my tuxedo jacket in to have it altered for my upcoming wedding and they had it done for me in less than a week and at a great price. Highly Recommended!

What an amazing experience! I honestly was not expecting to find my perfect dress when I went in. The owner is Amazing. She was in constant contact with me prior to the appointment. She asked me to send her pictures of dresses I liked as well as styles I did and did not want. She really wanted to get to know me and what I wanted before I even stepped foot in the door. Because of all of the restrictions due to Covid she was so amazing with setting up chairs outside to accommodate all of my bridal party so we could all go in and out to allow my girls to share this special moment with me. It was more than I could have asked for. And I found the perfect dress (one that was not like any of the pictures I sent) I can not Thank her enough for all she has done and I cant wait to wear my beautiful dress!!!

Quaint little shop. Mishelle was very warm and welcoming, as well as very helpful. She made the experience very enjoyable. Definitely would recommend.
