Being on a controlled substance I've run into a lot of pharmacists/ pharmacy techs who are rude, judgemental and will sometimes go out of their way to make obtaining my medication much more difficult than necessary. I recently switched to wallgreens after dealing wifh stigma from the pharmacist at cvs across the way for over a year and man it is so refreshinf to engage with people who are kind. Nonjudgemental and who genuinely care about my wellbeing. I wanna give a about out to Lauren in particular who's always gone above and beyond to make sure i have what i need on time and being an absolute sweetheart overall. Thanks girl!
I've been going to this pharmacy for more than 30 years. The people there are great and go out of their way to help you and go above and beyond for me always.The transition to Walgreens was a year in the making. The same pharmacists are there.

Walgreens in EL did seem to have a challenge changing from Rite Aid Personally I had no troubles while this changeover was occurringnThe staff is friendly and courteous
I gave them 3 months to get their sh*t together after becoming Walgreens... they still are screwing things up and putting me on hold for hours no exaggeration. I called to ask if they could refill my perscription, the girl pulls up my account and then puts me on hold... I'm still on hold right now which is why I'm writing this, I'm done, I'm switching to CVS.
