Very nice marina, great service, very clean.
I’ve worked with Port Niantic on several projects and repowers. I couldn’t be happier with their customer service and integrity or their ongoing support. Truly, a class act and standout in the marine industry. After being involved with multiple marinas and operations Port Niantic is the one place that felt like they actually cared about my boat as much as I did.
Great place to keep your boat. Very clean and well maintained marina along with an excellent staff.
Dishonest and corrupt management. If you want to be given a run around, gladly use them. Two experiences at this entity and both times I came out disgusted. The management must not be interested in creating a loyalty or a positive experience to the public, which is evident from their business tactics which they make sure only benefit themselves. The customer is not their focus.
Nice facility with knowledgeable staff.
