In March 2020 I had trouble with my Chevy Equinox. After being lied to by Scranton Chevy in Norwich CT in which I was told that I was looking at almost $5,000.00 in repairs, Firmin’s absolutely saved me. Not only did they tell me the ACTUAL issue (was different from what Scranton had told me), but saved me a significant amount of money (over $4500!!) to fix the issue. Quality service ahead of profits makes me a loyal customer for life! Thank you so much for everything!
