I had several dash lights come on all at once shortly after losing heat. I made an appointment and dropped my car off. I got a call that afternoon and was told my heater core was leaking and needed replaced. I was given an estimate. Second light was throttle control, they provided an estimate, but said it may have been tripped in error and recommended resetting everything and seeing if the light came back on before taking action. I was pleasantly surprised by their honesty! When I picked up my car it was less than the estimate, and the other light has not come back on. They also called to make sure everything was satisfactory! Highly recommend
i purchased a car from mainly bc i so impressed about how upfront and honest they were w me about himself, the vehicles and the pricing. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I really appreciate the 2 gentleman that helped me today-11/21/20- and im so happy w the vehicle they helped me pick.
I own a licensed repair shop in upstate ny but live in ct near a1. I had a transmission problem they did just what was needed at a fair price. They not only didn’t try to take advantage of my situation, they went out their way to be helpful and address my needs. First class shop!
I will definitely recommend and will definitely come back. Went in for some brakes issues which had supposedly been fixed at some other garage. They explained what needed to be done very clearly. Took care of it quickly. Price seems to be fair based on the work done.
Simply the best and most professional shop I’ve been to very helpful no attitude and you get every detail quickly on what’s going on with your vehicle
