When the father ran the shop this place was decent. The prices were acceptable, the quality of work was very good, and the service was great. I brought my vehicle to them three times while the father was running the show. I was always happy with the work. He even had his employees go above and beyond by having them wash the car after the repairs, they would vacuum the interior, and even touch-up any little rust spots that weren't even part of the job. It was a real class act repair shop.nnUnfortunately, the son appears to run the show now. I recently brought my vehicle to them for the fourth time and was blown away by the difference in quality of workmanship, prices, and service. This kid is going to run the shop into the ground. Even my insurance company has dropped them from being an authorized repair facility. This place is a joke now. Not only did they ruin everything they had going for them, they didn't even complete the work they were paid by my insurance company to do (which is a whole other headache now, thanks to the son's poor business skills).nnI will never take any of my family's vehicles to their shop ever again. I would give them zero stars, but that is not an option. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for service.

Do not bring your car to Giovanni.the old man was great,Mark is the opposite he is a liar and ripoff and lies to your face!!!
