The staff at this Monroe is great. Vinny is always so friendly and reliable, he makes sure that me and my family are safe in our car. Even when the garage is super busy they will fix my car in a reasonable time. I've watched him go to extreme lengths to help his customers out!
Been here twice so far and both times I’ve felt like I’m being well taken care of. At this location, everyone seems very genuine and I have felt like they are working to give me the best deal which unfortunately is rare with repair shops where many are scammy. I’m not as familiar with cars so I appreciate that they show me what’s wrong by pointing it out in the shop, explain it in a way that I can understand, then offer advice. Highly recommend and appreciate their service!
This was my 1st experience at this Monro Muffler/Brake location, and my visit was pleasant. My advisor Vinny in conjunction with my assigned Mechanic were very informative regarding services provided. My Mechanic gave a detailed analysis in regards to my vehicle A/C issues. Subsequently, work on my vehicle begin immediately, and it was completed within a reasonable amount of time. Thanks for having my ud83dude98 taken care of!
We punctured our tire on our way out of town this past weekend, did a quick google search for a well-rated auto center and gave these guys a call to see if they could help us. They were super quick, incredibly friendly, and even let us bring our dog in to the waiting area with us as it was pouring rain. Shoutout to Vinny for the amazing customer service and conversation while we were waiting, and to Sean for doing an excellent and efficient job patching our tire. They totally saved our weekend and we will definitely be coming back here for any future needs. Highly recommend you do too!
Super flexible and friendly! I came in to get my brakes changed and not only was it sanitary, but the service was amazing. They were very willing to work with me and saw me right away.
