Every time I’ve come here, I’ve been greeted and treated so well. Each person that was there helped me and went above and beyond. Very friendly, very knowledgeable about their products, helped me save money, and flexible. All the while seemed happy to do so. It’s nice to go to a store and have people who understand customer service. I’ll go here for every party because of it!
Came here today to buy a few things for my daughter's 4th birthday. Also purchased balloons. I just want to say how wonderful the customer service is. They are always busy and efficient. I needed to write a review because I feel like great customer service needs to be recognized.
The workers at this store were extremely nice and helpful and Chantel helped me with picking out the perfect pinata with my daughter. All workers I interacted with were pleasant. Check out was a smooth and easy process and worker Chantel was very nice and helpful and patient when I couldn't figure out which item to buy. . Please keep this location open as I utilize party city a lot! And I hope the workers continue to keep giving good customer service .
Has pretty much everything you need for your party. Had to pay an extra fee to make the helium balloons stay inflated longet but it was totally worth it. Worked like they said-- approximately 12hrs. Staff was helpful but not very friendly.
All the fun stuff. Felt like a kid in the candy store lol. What i didn't like is there were 4 workers just talking while me and my friend stood there waiting to be cashed out smh
