Wow! I was late for my appointment, and Chris still managed to get me in, in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and took his time. He showed me and let me know everything that needed to be done on my car. I would definitely start coming here from now on.
I’ve always had love for Monroe, started from my first car in Baltimore, then I moved to Connecticut and I was hoping to get the same exceptional service. This location did not disappoint. It is by far the best place to get an oil change and general maintenance for my car. The employees are very kind and honest. Not like other shops that try to cheat you, they give you a fair price and are very accommodating. I especially want to thank Chris for doing an exceptional job at changing my brakes and doing an alignment on my car without overcharging me. I will always come here for my car needs ud83dudc9c
The manager was very courteous and friendly! I throughly enjoyed my service, I was able to have my exhaust system replaced in less than an hour. Plus the price was reasonable less than other places! Definitely going there again!
I have a high level of confidence in the staff at Monro. They honor their appointment times. You never wait too long. They inform you as they are working on your car, if they find something that needs your attention and how much longer you can go before it needs to be replaced or repaired. They're not pushy, they just do the correct thing and advise you when needed. They are professional, courteous, and honest at what they do.
This place is awesome! Needed a tune up and Jr squeezed me in even though they were super busy. He explained everything I needed to do and the costs upfront. He was very polite and professional. I highly recommend Monroe and to ask for Jr. If I could give them a 10 I would !
