Been in the industry for 30 yrs on the operations (management & maintenance) Frank the owner and Rich the manager were excellent to work with. Frank the owner dropped off my driver at a hotel and picked him up when the truck was ready. Both called me to go over every detail what was wrong with our 2016 Freightliner and made suggestion how to reduce my costs to safely fix the truck till we got it back to Chicago and have our own mechanic fix what was wrong. We are located in Chicago and it's hard to find repair shops this honest and helpful when you are out of state and have no where else to go.

This shop doesn't deliver on their promises! Took in a 2009 Cascadia with the front end shaking on Monday morning 10 am. They concluded it was the rack and pinion. We found out that Wednesday (3 days later) that they couldn't get the part (I had to call them) so I found it in 10 minutes online and ordered the part from California. Part arrived the next week (which they knew because of the UPS tracking) arrived Thursday at 2:30pm. They promised the truck would be done FRIDAY! They didn't have the truck ready with the old part taken out on Thursday afternoon. Started at 9:15am on Friday and replaced it by 12pm that day. I called Friday and they said that they needed to put new U-bolts on but couldn't get it done until Monday (should have known and had the parts ready since they had over a week to prepare) by noon because a mechanic had a doctors appointment. Not sure why they put a mechanic on our truck if they knew he could only work 3 hours on a Friday. We had a load to pickup that Friday and we got back charged for picking it up at 5pm Monday because it took them until 2pm on Monday to replace front end U-bolts (2 hour job max) and a front end (not all three axle) alignment. We had a core to return back to California and the shipping was paid for already by ME, but UPS needed $7 from the shop in order to pick up the core so the shop called me to ask for a $7 payment after paying almost $1100 just for labor and U-bolts not including the rack and pinion. Business must be rough to ask a customer for $7 and be three days passed a promise date! Would NEVER recommend this shop due to over promise and under delivery. Time is money and when they have you there they will take THEIR time and YOUR money!
