I completed my taxes with Jackson Hewitt on 1/31/2020. After receiving the state refund I never received the federal payment. Here we are 6 months later, I have been tirelessly calling and making attempts to contact anyone for customer service or to be able to go the office to pick up my check. This is very unprofessional, and very poor customer service. Jackson Hewitt has showed me that following up, trying to maintain professionalism and keeping their PAYING CUSTOMERS happy is not a priority.nnI really don’t enjoy having to express such frustration and distaste, but after trying to endlessly contact a franchise of a major business is truly embarrassing and disheartening to say the least.nnHere’s my email: [email protected] hope I am approached with the same enthusiasm and willingness to help as the more pleasant comments on this page. Antoinette is always pleasant and very patience with the customers. She takes the time to help you understand your refund. She is very knowledgeable and always recommend what you should do.. My family and I have seen her for many years. I would recommend her to everyone.. I would give her 10 stars ⭐ufe0f if they had one
The office manager Antoinette was very helpful and efficient. She was able to give me tips on how to get the most back and her information has helped me out a lot to get the most refund back. I highly recommend going there to do your taxes.

When you walk in no matter who is there your greeted with a warm and friendly smile, your wait is not long and appointments go as planned. I have been a customer for over 10 years now.
