I feel confident that my Taxes will be done in a timely matter and done correctly like it was done last year! It is a little expensive but should anything go wrong I know you will be right there to help me!! I trust H&R block and everyone is very nice. Thanks, Evelyn

Didnt like my refund and when asked why I have 3 kids married own a home I was told I didnt earn enough for the child tax credit whitch is bizarre as I always got one as my husband is on WC so his income dosent count ! Also she kept saying it's because they go by dollar by dollar and she kept subtracting $2,500 from the child tax credit when I asked why she was doing that she couldnt answer, also she kept saying I had no dutuctables which makes no sense as I have 3 children and own a home and again I always got the highest earned income tax credit and child tax credit ! Yes I made less this yr. and was astounded that I had to pay almost $400 to HRBlock when I got '10,000 less refund back this year then last year and had to pay a $30 diffrence! I'm used to using a awesome woman Patti vitollo from West Haven CT,06516 Camble Avenue! She no longer works there and I got some lady Nancy whom didnt seem she did my taxes correctly!!!! And definitely over charged me !
