Best audio installer around. When my stereo project ran longer then expected, Owner lowered his hourly rate to fit my budget. What?! Outstanding service, my Taco could not be happier, will definitely bring all my audio work here. Keep it up!!!

First impressions are very important and KarTele made a great one. Very clean, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. This is by far the best and cleanest stereo installation I have ever had done for me. My stereo sounds great and I don’t see a single wire out of place. I brought my new Chevy Cruze to a place that said my car was ‘too new’ to customize so leaving and feeling dejected, I stopped by Kartele as a friend told me they were the best and Mike had no issue with the install. Not only is the service extremely professional but the work performed is as well. I love supporting family owned businesses and am proud to come here. Just finised the install of new Sony system yesterday and once again Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I am so impressed with how Mike runs his business, from the first time I called for information to the last time of installation he has been constant with awesome customer service. I found Kartele through Google as I was looking to upgrade my head unit and speakers in my 1987 Iroc -Z Camaro. I was looking for the best shop I could find as I knew the head unit that I wanted wasn't going to be easy to install. As soon as I walked in, I could tell this shop took pride in their work. The showroom was spotless!! It had very nice displays showing the products that they sell and install. I was greeted by a very nice lady who asked if she could help me.n(I later found out her name was chris) I explained what kind of car I had and what I was looking to have done. She went to the install bay and spoke with someone. A couple minutes later a very nice guyn(Owner/master installer Mike) came out from the back. I explained to him what I was looking to do. He stopped what he was doing walked with me out to my car to see what the job actually entailed. He didn't even hesitate as he said he could take care of me. We went back inside the shop and we decided on Alpine type S speakers for the front and rear. I felt as though he gave me a very good price for the total job with me knowing it wasn't going to be easy to install the Alpine ILX-W650 which is a double DIN touch screen in a car that doesn't normally fit without modifications. Mike got me in his schedule in less then a week.nnOnce I arrived for my appointment. I was greeted again by Mike who was already speaking to another customer and chris who was behind the counter. Mike pulled my car into his install bay and got to work. He worked on my car for several hours, but let me tell you when he was done the job was perfect!! I am extremely happy with the work he did. The head unit with the speakers pair perfectly together for me.nnIf you are looking for a car audio installer, I 100% recommend Mike at Kartele!! You won't be disappointed.
