The person I had was very polite she knew exactly what she was talking about also I had an appointment in my wait time was about 2 minutes so they were very fast I was in an out with less than an hour no complaints

Went for assistance in amending taxes and rude gentleman said we didn't do your taxes so we can't amend them take them back to H&R Block where you got them done! Which is completely not true. Unprofessional and rude
