I love MSWS! I've been going to the functional fitness class and the Wednesday boot camp for a few months and it's amazing. The instructors are so nice and supportive. I've really made progress and I finally don't absolutely hate working out because it's such a great environment. Love it! ud83dudcaa

Jen a truly the best. She absolutely pours her energy and compassion into her work and it shows daily... Her clients love her on a personal and professional level in that says a whole lot about your customer service. I have had the privilege to work side-by-side with her and there would be no better coworker than her. She knows how to connect with people... And she knows how to get results that LAST.

What a beautiful space you have created Jennifer. I wish I was there to work out with you. The most beautiful trait that Jen has is a genuine caring for people whoever they may be. This makes her a specially great trainer as she always will make sure you are taken care of with your needs. I worked with Jen in Sedona for a couple of years and she was a joy and became a good friend.nnHer dedication and commitment to being a trainer as well as her interest In continuing to learn and apply her training to your needs will always be a plus in your journey to better fitness. Jen is by far the best trainer anyone could ask for! I would give her a 100 out of 10 if it was an option.nNot only is she extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, but she customizes your workout to your body type. She makes it fun and pushes you to work harder. Thanks to her, I lost 30lbs. I had all but given up on myself, and she gave me confidence that I haven’t had in over a decade! Here’s what I love about Main Street Wellness Studio - EVERYTHING! I have been going there since day one and have had 1:1 training, Zumba, and Yoga! Jennifer is kind, flexible, and strives to get her clients to meet their goals! Since working out with Jennifer I have lost almost 50 pounds and have gained muscle! What don’t I like about Main Street Wellness Studio - NOTHING!
