I felt totally comfortable letting them in my house with no-one home. Even though I was unfamiliar with the workers personally, my wife spoke highly of the workers professionalism. In addition, they respected the outside of my home, so I was not concerned at all letting them inside.
They have always been professional and helpful. Everyone I dealt with was caring and understanding of my needs. All around a class operation.
Joel and his crew came out to replace our very old and burned out lights at our baseball field. Came out when they said they would be there and finished quickly. Lights look amazing and now we have a working scoreboard. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of electrical work done.
Our generator was damaged in the tornado on 8/27/2020. With most roads closed in the area Voltz somehow made it to my house to repair the unit damaged by rain water when the cover was lifted by the 100+ mile wind from the storm. Unable to be repaired without replacing parts, Voltz returned to their office and returned with a gas fired generator, rewired for service and restored power within an hour. Voltz then returned the next morning and repaired the damaged unit by 9:30am. Their service speaks for itself. I strongly recommend Voltz electric if considering a whole house generator.
Voltz is a professional business that takes the time to answer all my questions, they were on time, and went out of their way when most companies wouldn’t.
