This is a very nice looking Service setup with Drive-In check in and nice Personnel but my overall experience with a dangerous problem seemed a bit minimized. I originally called shortly after my stereo suddenly went full blast with a noise that sounded like I crashed. Temporary lost control of my car trying to figure out what the hell happened and turn off stereo. Called but Service was closed so they told me that service would call me the next day. Got no call back so I called them. It took several calls to get through and make an appointment. The solution offered of replacing the stereo with the same dangerous model is scary. This should be a recall but they don't seem to be taking it seriously.

Great experience. I test drove a vehicle, got information on one I was interested, they weren't aggressive and the inside of the place was very nice. Bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for right?

Had a chance to go for a test ride in the new Subaru Ascent because Brendan Murphy called to tell me all about it, and thought I should check it out before making the move to the 'other SUV' I had mentioned I was going to get. Seems he knows me well, and I'm sold! He's not pushy, has a professional attitude, good knowledge of the Subaru and goes above and beyond for his customer!
