No hot chocolate no sugar or milk. Directions should be on unit on how to use. Could not even make coffee, no directions. Very disappointed.

completely lost and unorganized. Someone says bring it down and leave it for the day no appt needed. Bring it down and they say appt always needed no way we can help. Lady at service says sales does this all the time. Waste of my time. Went to Middletown Nissan much more professional, in and out.
