I called ahead inquiring about my need for a new car battery and my lack of knowledge on replacing it. I was given the information verbally in a polite manner, but it didn't stop there. 45 minutes later when I walked into the store, the gentleman that greeted me remembered my call and all the information about it, including year, make and model of my vehicle. A few polite questions later I owned a new battery. And to kick it off- they volunteered to install it for me. Another associate grabbed his own power tools from his car and in a matter of minutes my car had a good battery in it.nI'll admit I know very little about fixing minor problems with cars, but the crew at AutoZone made this trip enjoyable. Polite, courteous, and speedy. Good job guys

Bait and switch! Go online and find the part, call the store and verify they have ot and itll fit my car. Get there and suddenly it isn't the right fit and now instead of $90 they want $215! Illegal!!! Filing a complaint with the state next.

I have experienced superior service at Autozone in Wallingford that is unmatched by anywhere else. I have recently been there twice with car battery issues. The first time I was assisted by Freddie who went above and beyond helping me with checks on my vehicle. I had to go back to fully replace my battery and was assisted by Merwin who quickly got the battery I needed and even installed it for me in the rain. In each of my service encounters I experienced extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I have no intention of going anywhere else for my auto part needs because I highly value superior service offered here.

Great experience at this Auto Zone, and two thumbs up for Cheyenne. Very impressed with the knowledge and know how of my specific vehicle. It was very cold outside and Cheyenne was very patient and helpful with several different issues i was having and still took her time to walk me threw the diagnostic codes one by one and gave me very helpful advice on the maintenance of my Dodge Ram pick up that was older than her.
