My wife bought a Traverse from Russ back in June. Since Russ gave us a great deal, decided to buy a Traverse for myself. John, Jill, and Geno got us in and out with a new Traverse in a few hours. A Traverse is such a roomy SUV for the price. If you have kids and dont want a minivan, the Traverse is the best option.

Went in for just an oil change but a problem was discovered with oil pan. From time I arrived until time I left, every employee I dealt with was amazing.

Service desk Steve and mechanic Steve are friendly, understanding and very patience with me. I didn’t realized that my 09 HHR 2LT Panel front suspension are SHOT! Done replaced and drive like brand new, everything so tight. I’m so pleased that service desk give me best coupons And the loaner I wouldn’t asked for. Thank you both Steve for your excellent job.
